Tim Hester met Dave Raymond playing basketball when he was 14, so his history with Sweet Baby Ray’s goes way back, long before he was our Operations and Facilities Director! Years later, he was hired for 2 weeks to help move the True Cuisine catering operations to their current location in Wood Dale, and help with special projects related to that move. That was almost 8 years ago, and he’s been here ever since. Although his position has moved around within the company during his time here, he has always worked in operations or maintenance, making sure the company is running like a well-oiled machine. Tim’s favorite part of the job is all the problem solving he is required to do and the biggest problem-solving opportunity is coming up, the Chase Corporate Challenge.  

In his free time, Tim is a member of the Duce’s Wild Competition BBQ Team, and he also fishes.
